Windsor Protestant Cemetery
Windsor, Richmond County, Quebec
From Sherbrooke, take Route 143 to Bromptonville and continue to Windsor, known formerly as Windsor Mills. The cemetery is on route 143 on the left at the northen edge of town. The Catholic cemetery is right across the road.
This cemetery dates to about the 1850's. A large number of people buried here came from Scotland. It is fenced and there is a circular drive with two entries. Some stones are difficult to read due to weathering.
Susan Nutbrown and I read this cemetery in September 2015 and made a complete recording of all legible tombstones. I have photographs of all monuments.Leslie Nutbrown [firstname.lastname@example.org]Total Records: 791Last updated: October 24, 2016Legend: s/w = shares a stone with one or more people
