The fall meeting 2008 meeting was held in Shelburne, where the community celebrated the 225th anniversary of the 1783 arrival of the Loyalists. The tentative dates of September 19 and 20 coincide with the annual Whirligig and Weathervane Festival. We welcomed Mayflower Society members who joined us in this beautiful seaside town.

British Columbia Colony
Annual Fall Meeting & Luncheon
1 or 8 November, 2009
4274 West 13th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C.
Contact Joan Stace-Smith, or the website below, for details. We look forward to your participation in good fellowship as descendants of the Mayflower Pilgrims. This is an excellent opportunity, as stated in our Constitution, to perpetuate their memory, encourage related genealogical and historical research and foster among others an interest in the Pilgrim Heritage.
PLEASE make an attempt to attend this very important meeting; the future of the BC Colony is at stake and a decision will be made about dis-banding the group. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. Please support the colony and offer your assistance to keep it going.
